Workshop on POSH Awareness for a Safe Campus

Dnyansagar Institute of Management & Research (DIMR) successfully conducted a workshop on “Shared Spaces, Shared Responsibility: POSH Awareness for a Safe Campus” on 20th April 2026 at 9:00 AM in the Seminar Hall, DIMR.
The session was conducted by Ms. Aditi Pais (Co-Founder & COO, Briota Technologies), who shared valuable insights on creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment.
The workshop focused on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) awareness, highlighting the importance of mutual respect, responsibility, and professional conduct in shared spaces. Students actively participated and gained a better understanding of their rights, responsibilities, and the importance of maintaining a safe campus culture.
