𝐃𝐧𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 (𝐃𝐈𝐌𝐑), 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐝𝐢, 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐞, in association with 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐇𝐚𝐰𝐤 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝, successfully organized the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 on the theme “Connect the Dots: Integrating Business, Technology & Innovation.”
The conference provided a vibrant interdisciplinary platform for academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and students to deliberate on emerging trends, share research insights, and explore innovative solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation.
The conference witnessed an 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞, with 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 registered and 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟔𝟎 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 received from scholars across various disciplines. The enthusiastic participation reflected the growing relevance of innovation-driven research and interdisciplinary collaboration in today’s dynamic global environment.
𝐈𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 & 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬
The conference was graced by the presence of eminent industry experts and academicians. 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲𝐚 𝐉𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐚 (𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞), emphasized that innovation begins with clearly identifying real-world problems. He explained the concept of five levels of people and encouraged participants to aspire to become “Level 1 individuals”—those who proactively identify problems and transform them into innovative and impactful solutions.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐫, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐞, a 𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, highlighted that risk-taking is an essential element of innovation and entrepreneurship. He urged researchers and young professionals to move beyond comfort zones and embrace calculated risks to create meaningful and sustainable change.
Adding valuable industry perspective, 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 Mr. Qazimuddin Shaikh advised participants to take their research beyond academic publications and into the marketplace. He stressed that research must be validated through real-world application, market testing, and implementation to generate tangible social and economic impact.

The success of the conference was a result of the visionary leadership of Dr. Sajid Alvi, Director, DIMR, whose academic foresight, meticulous planning, and strategic guidance played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing the event. The International Conference–2025 concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks, followed by the National Anthem, marking the successful culmination of a day filled with knowledge sharing, intellectual engagement, and academic excellence. The conference reinforced DIMR’s commitment to promoting quality research, interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation-driven learning, and industry-academia interaction, leaving participants inspired to connect research with real-world impact.
